I am certain that neither you nor Premier Williams can be embarassed by this, any more than Mr. Reynolds, Mr Toews or MP Samuel Plimsoll (below), who finally was able to save tens of thousands of drowning sailors around the world. I have letters from Attorneys General in many States within America as well as several provinces. None of these people have regarded saving lives (or more specifically, deliberately not saving lives as part of a political scam; here specifically, on the part of two Police forces within Canada, and Transport Canada), as anything to be ashamed of!

A few months ago, near Toronto, 6 persons within 6 weeks, involved with canoes and kayaks, died painful deaths. Most Canadian deaths involve canoes and occur within Ontario. (Drowning is not a peaceful end; it is a violent, painful and terrifying death. A fact no sane person would dispute on pain of ridicule, contempt and perhaps hatred.) However, The Toronto Star, Maclean's and many other newspapers, publications, media of all kinds, have been silent.

This silence does not help society nor the grieving families who mostly do not know about 50 cent canoe and kayak sponsons; although The Transportation Safety Board of Canada Report Number M93W0008 still exists. In fact this silence reflects the power of a scam for money and political power.

A succesful scam must effectively blame the victims for their own misfortune; or else evidence of a crime becomes plain and obvious. It is indeed interesting that such sophisticated publications as Maclean's or The Toronto Star are silent: The victims are blamed for any of hundreds of possible reasons for their own deaths: Not wearing a PFD, although Canadian School Boards and Transport Canada's Safe Boating Licence require knowledge of how to "put a PFD on in the water" (an impossible task finding and adjusting a PFD to fit after capsize); "paddling a swamped canoe to shore", although without side buoyancy from sponsons this is likewise impossible; and "huddling in the water" ensures death, the very opposite of getting out of the water immediately, within 5 seconds, like the 10 year old girls without any instruction, in the pictures on  http://www.sponsonguy.com/policecrime.html

Two boys died in pain and terror in Richmond Hill (only a few miles from downtown Toronto), on May 18, 2008. They were blamed for not wearing a PFD, for going out at night after a few beers at a party, etc.; although their friend who survived was "blameworthy" for doing exactly the same. He was not blamed for this because he did not die! He survived because he got out of the water immediately (swimming to shore.) Some dead victims are blamed for not being strong swimmers, or huddling in the water instead of trying to swim a relatively short distance. They are dead and they are blamed for that because the scam effectively blames them by preventing the truth to be known. Ever since the Canadian Coast Guard Sponson Study by the CCG Search and Rescue Patrol Officer Colin ___ was destroyed by J. Churchill, August 1994, Victoria, British Columbia. I have an eye witness, the owner of Current Designs, a large kayak manufacturer in Victoria, B.C. at that time. There are other eye witnesses, including world famous canoe and kayak authors.

Note that Paddle Canada sells $650 instruction that deliberately prevents anyone in a canoe or kayak from getting out of the water, including denial of any knowledge of the 50 cent sponsons. They have a profit motive for preventing Canadians from being able to reliably rescue themselves, just as the OPP and RCMP have a reason to maximize dependence on their marine programs to rescue victims in canoes and kayaks; although the Police know that they cannot rescue these victims in time to prevent death and knowingly deny the use and knowledge of 50 cent sponsons, or any kind of sponsons.

These facts are easily proven to any judge or jury in a swimming pool. Without sponsons there is no way for them to escape the water, using the same canoes and kayaks that capsized them into the water in the first place. Add more canoes and kayaks "to the rescue" and you have the sequence of the Lake Temiskaming Tragedy 1978 (12 dead schoolchildren.) Or the crying boy left by the Camp counsellors to die in the water Thanksgiving Day 1997; while the other boy was briefly treated at Parry Sound General Hospital and released. Without sponsons the camp staff were barely able to bring one boy to shore without capsizing themselves; just like the Lyme Bay Tragedy in the UK where two 16 year old school girls and two 16 year old school boys (4 children on a sponsored school trip died.) The guides were able to get them back into the kayaks but they simply recapsized again in the relatively mild conditions, without sponsons, because it is impossible to pump out any flooded kayak through a sprayskirt: "...It has two fairly serious shortcomings: You can't seal the sprayskirt, and you can't keep both hands on the paddle while pumping." (Sea Kayaker Magazine, February 2003, p.29) "The most effective way of using a handheld bilge pump in rough seas is to lift the bottom of your PFD up and shove the pump down between the spray skirt and your belly. This way is slow and awkward, but you can pump with the spray skirt completely sealed. Practice it." (p.27, Sea Kayaker Magazine, June 2006.) Paddle Canada and its' provincial affiliates have killed dozens of Canadians in kayaks by keeping this particular information from them. The UK press was not silent! One guide was convicted of manslaughter after weeks of unrelenting Press coverage.

Thank you Minister Kennedy and Premier Williams for showing Canadians that there are decent politicians interested in  lifesaving at high levels of government in Canada. This scandal of at least 80 deaths (Canada has no reliable collection of this data, local deaths in Ontario newspapers for example are frequently overlooked in the "average" of 20 annual deaths that in fact are 20-30, and slightly over 100 annually in the United States.)

The per capita and use hours death rates in Canada are many times the US death rate; considering that many more canoes and kayaks are paddled, and all year round in the US, when Canadian waters are ice-covered.

In Canada, PM Harper, OPP Fantino, RCMP Zaccardelli  (what is left of his RCMP legacy), and named Transport Canada officials display an arrogant entitlement to the serial murders of at least 20 Canadians annually, dying in great pain and terror; their families and memories are degraded, blamed for their own deaths despite being denied any means to get out of the water! You have seen the school board and Transport Canada evidence everywhere. It is ridiculously easy to save lives in canoes and kayaks. These murderers have an entitlement to human lives, tortured to death so deliberately, that Hitler and the Nazi Holocaust are comparable for specific human hatred, if only tiny numbers in comparison. Any kids' camps, Girl Guides or Boy Scouts can make these sponsons from re-cycled foam and do exactly like the judge and jury: Noting that leaning on a sponson empties most of the water out of the white canoe. The pictures show one sponson set higher in order to maintain total flooding, for purposes of demonstrating what total flooding looks like, in case a wave were to re-flood the canoe however briefly. Afterall, these canoes and Canadian SAR Rescue Kayaks can be taken into dangerous surf, to clip onto victims and paddle back to the large waiting Zodiac: The water flooding inside merely adds what is additional water ballast when this water is balanced by strategic Sponson buoyancy, stabilizing the craft even further.

The OPP, RCMP and Transport Canada murderers have known these lifesaving facts for more than 4 years and over 80 deaths after the email from MP Reynolds. The RCMP even complained in court that I should not be allowed to email them in the future so they could happily continue to torture and murder more freely! The Crown Attorney denied them this freedom of operation, in view of my efforts at improving "safety" for the public. This court smiled kindly on my attempts to honestly save lives. Rarely are Canadians charged for warning about imminent tortured deaths threatening the public! Deny them Sponsons so they can get out of the water in 5 seconds, wearing a PFD or not (following the Transport Canada "put a PFD on in the water" message or not), then degrade them for dying in the water. Thank you all for recognizing the danger Harper poses to all Canadians. Harper's decision to ignore Mr. Reynolds MP and Mr. Toews MP to continue the canoe and kayak safety fraud, torturing at least 80 citizens in the water, including many children, is as cold-blooded as his law and order platform:  Convicting young people as adults for crimes, despite their not fully developed neurological systems. This is your lead story. This election is about the integrity and trustworthiness of HARPER, the child murderer. All other stories are pathetic trivia that most Canadians are used to hearing from politicians.

Most deaths are in Ontario, mostly in canoes; but you can understand how 50 cents worth of re-cycled foam can transform any kayak or canoe to save anyone in the water; since SAR groups are aware that these are perfect surf rescue craft. Decades ago Australian lifeguards used surfboards and sit-on-top kayaks with built-in side sponsons for surf rescues. Unfortunately they could not flood these kayaks with water, acting as ballast to lower these craft in the water to pick up victims more easily and further stabilize the craft: Much more stability with water ballast than sponsons alone, as the 10 year old girl pictures on http://www.sponsonguy.com/policecrime.html show you. Large trailer-sailboats use water ballast instead of lead; since the water ballast is emptied out on the trailer to allow an ordinary car to pull the now lightweight sailboat. (Typical of an authoritarian personality, OPP Fantino leaves the impression that Mr. Arar is still a terrorist, and RCMP Zac was right.)

OPP Fantino is a simple, "black and white" personality, like his other friend Rudy Giuliano who is constantly smearing Obama for McCain/Palin (the latter referring to possible war with Russia as "so be it" and the Iraq war as "God's plan".) These quotes are easily found in dozens of media reports. Obama merely needs to use Palin to burst McCain's balloon. Most Americans are not crazy nor stupid. Same with Canadians. This is bigger than income trusts or the sponsorship scandal. Unless of course the deliberate murder of 80 Canadians by leaving them in the water to die is legal in Canada. The victims are denied very simple 50 cent sponsons with 25 cent clips, clipped on in 5 seconds, that any school can make themselves; and they are degraded by being blamed for their own deaths. "Paddle Canada's Canoe/Kayak New Brunswick course this past June 20-22 and 27-30 at Caton's Island Camp near Brown's Flat, New Brunswick, cost the public $650 and still left them in the water to die!

Most Canadian school boards (mostly unwittingly) teach the 3 major murder techniques above, that most Canadians recognize as entirely deceitful and deadly:

Dear Parliamentarians:

1. Thank you for your last recent acknowledgments regarding this Canadian issue. Penalize the deliberate torturing to death of Canadians: "these points easily proven to any judge or jury in a swimming pool",  like a carbon tax penalizes carbon. Bring immediate charges against OPP Fantino and his culpable officers, former RCMP Zaccardelli and minions, the below-named Transport Canada perpetrators since the Canadian Coast Guard Whistleblower 1994 below, the US Military Study, Canadian SAR group use etc. Paddle Canada instruction leaves victims to die agonizing deaths in the water and over 350 Canadians have died since Transport Canada silenced the first Whistleblower, to inflict pain and suffering on Canadian citizens: the worst mass murder in Canada, larger than Air India.

2. You understand of course that no-one can "paddle a flooded canoe to shore" since the wooden canoe gunwales do not have sufficient buoyancy like sponsons, to resist a flooded canoe turning over, and over again. Anyone of normal intelligence understands this. Whenever I have encountered this cult message from OPP and RCMP officers I have simply stated the obvious: "No, you cannot paddle a flooded canoe since the wooden canoe gunwales do not have sufficient buoyancy like sponsons to resist a flooded canoe turning over, and over again." These officers are easily de-programmed within a few minutes, winning this contest for rational thinking for themselves very quickly. This is merely one hypothesis tested in my social psychology experiment. Of course they understand that "putting a PFD on in the water" is a dangerous mixed message because victims must swim around looking for a PFD and then ensure it is properly adjusted to fit, in order to work. And huddling in the water is no rescue at all, waiting to die in the water in terror. With two 50 cent sponsons you are guaranteed to get out of the water in 5 seconds like a life raft, stable enough to paddle standing up to shore, as in the pictures; even picking up other victims in the water who only need crawl over a submerged gunwale.

3. Any judge and jury in a swimming pool clip the 50 cent sponsons to a point about 4 inches lower than the gunwale of the canoe, at the mid-point of the canoe. This is the sponson patent, but kid's camps, Girl Guides or Boy Scouts can do exactly like the judge and jury, noting that leaning on a sponson empties most of the water out of the white canoe. The pictures show one sponson set higher in order to maintain total flooding, for purposes of demonstrating what total flooding looks like in case a wave were to re-flood the canoe, however briefly. These canoes and the Canadian SAR Rescue Kayaks can be taken into dangerous surf afterall, to clip onto victims and paddle back to the large waiting Zodiac: the water flooding inside merely adds what is additional water ballast when this water is balanced by strategic Sponson buoyancy, stabilizing the craft even further. This is as simple to understand as a Carbon Tax.

4. The OPP, RCMP and Transport Canada murderers have known this for 4 years and over 80 deaths after the email from Mr. Reynolds: The RCMP even complained that I should not be allowed to email them! The Crown Attorney denied them this, in view of my efforts at improving "safety" for the public. This court smiled kindly for my attempts to honestly save lives. (Incidentally any judge or Justice of the Peace in Canada reading this will understand this truth very quickly too.) Likewise, considering the deliberate degradation of over 80 victims left to die as a result of this canoe and kayak Safety Fraud, that I warned the OPP, RCMP, Transport Canada, etc. in several hundred emails, specifically repeating these warnings; this is a deliberate plan to torture Canadian victims to death, redolent of Nazi tactics: Torture a group of victims to death, then degrade the victims and their loved ones by blaming them for their own deaths, to get away with murder. Denying them Sponsons so they can get out of the water in 5 seconds, wearing a PFD or not (following the "put a PFD on in the water" message or not), then degrading them, is an effective 80 murders tactic. What does this prove to Canadian Parliament?

5. This is as simple as a carbon tax. Harper has knowingly endorsed the deliberate murders of 80 Canadians in kayaks and canoes; pleasing the OPP, RCMP and Transport Canada murderers. OPP Fantino, RCMP Zaccardelli and the Transport Canada child murderers have not complained so far about this information spread on the internet. If they do, they have seriously misread the Canadian public and the Justice system in Canada. I have the list of names of the 80 degraded Canadians dead in a canoe or kayak, and so does OPP Fantino.

6. Please get this on the election agenda now, equal to the carbon tax. Canadians will relate to this scandalous behavior in a positive fashion, just like the carbon tax, when they read these facts.

Better that you show the courage to stand up to the truth for Canadians now than see this story on CNN later. Afterall, CNN is covering the same cynical and dishonest Gingrich/Rove election strategy used by McCain and Bush and Harper.

You were brave enough to stick out your neck with a carbon tax, now complete this stand and save these lives immediately. Harper may order charges against Paddle Canada perpetrators to try to save OPP Fantino, RCMP Zaccardelli and Transport Canada child murderers (who would be admitting "their horrendous mistake").

Canoes and kayaks with 50 cent Sponsons are very effective rescue craft, in fact they are the most advanced form of any patented active-rescue life raft, and Girl Guides, Boy Scouts and anyone else wanting to make 50 cent sponsons, should not lose their lives by being denied this knowledge, let alone be degraded by being blamed for their own deaths.

This is the entire Ethical Focus Group that I have selected for this 2008 election, based on my knowledge of yourselves. No doubt their are many other ethical Members of Parliament. You are welcome. There are other ethical policitians: for example Mr. Reynolds MP below, now retired, who understood the Canoe and Kayak Murders 80 death ago.  Mr. Harper's party is not included in this Ethical Focus Group now since he does not permit this sort of participation: He is following the strategic election script used to elect G.W. Bush twice, despite his perfidious war and destruction of the economy, both issues Harper has also chosen to hurt the Canadian economy, squandering the surplus and lives in Afghanistan for no gain.

This Ethical Focus Group is part of the largest social psychology experiment in history, far larger than the Milgram experiment at Yale (inspired by Nazi behavior at Nuremberg) or the Stanford Prison Experiment (applied to torture at Abu Graib in Iraq).

Briefly: 1. The Degradation of dead Canadian victims in canoes and kayaks is essential to continue these murders (between 20 and 30 deaths annually). All victims die screaming in agony whether you can hear them or not, as they drown (why do you think Waterboarding, the simulated drowning torture, is so popular at Guantanamo). They also die in agony thinking of the loved ones they will never see again. There are dozens of Canadian children suffering this fate.

2. Saving these victims is ridiculously easy: Out of the deadly water in 5 seconds, even 10 year old girls with no instruction, 50 cent foam sponsons and two 25 cent clips or a cord. In contrast you have the RCMP, OPP, Transport Canada and Paddle Canada planning their certain deaths with "huddling in the water", "putting a PFD on in the water" (even on the Boating Licence exam instead of always wearing a PFD), and "paddling a flooded canoe". Impossible without sponsons.

3. These points are easily verified in any court since all canoe and kayak "rescues" have been condemned by the major authors and SAR groups, except the commonsense sponsons. No judge and jury can save their lives using the ideas of the murder scam, but they can get out in 5 seconds like 10 year old girls. These points are easily proven to any judge or jury in a swimming pool.

4. Sponsons are ridiculously simple and it is ridiculously easy to save lives using sponsons. Any open canoe is also transformed  by 50 cent sponsons into a thin ice rescue craft superior to any hovercraft, having far more capacity and much more easily carried to any rescue site. Some SAR groups use sponsoned surf rescue kayaks instead of helicopters that can't work near cliffs and endanger both rescuers and victims using the slow and tricky winch. Just paddle the sponsoned rescue kayak to the victims, clip them to the deck and paddle back to the big Zodiac boat.

5. These points are so ridiculously easy to understand (like Mr. Reynolds MP) that this Ethical Focus Group cannot but see that the Police and Transport Canada killers with this same information (thousands of different pages over and over again for years, so they cannot plead "stupidity" or "do not understand"), are in the position of the Nazis at Nuremberg studied by Dr. Milgram at Yale: Kind to their own families and loved ones but inhuman to their victims.

This is the key point: A deliberate murder program within the government of Canada based on the same Nazi pattern of Degradation of the Victims so they can be tortured to death.

The reason my social psychology experiment is so large, comprehensive and attractive to university research publications (just look at the exposure of the Milgram study in every university in the world), is that these are real lives, real victims, real police in Canada torturing these victims to death, real grieving families, real politicians, and a real election covered by real journalists (journalists were complicit in every one of the deadly moves by G.W.Bush). This social science experiment is unique because I am (unfortunately) able to document the real tortures to death in Canada before a Canadian government and members of that government who thought that Nazis and Auschwitz were history.

In fact history is never really past: History is the pattern that continues, in this case Canadian Police and top Transport Canada officials having the opportunity to inflict pain on innocent victims that fits their authoritarian personalities in every case. I have listened to all police and other perpetrators and spoken to the arrogantly authoritarian characters at Transport Canada. They are classic personalities, and would have made good Nazis in this sense; although their chosen victims are very different. The strong Nazi resemblence is the joy of torturing helpless victims to death, even children in Canada.

Otherwise you would have seen PM Harper ordering Mr. Toews to charge these murderers and give them a fair public trial in Canada. Harper apparently likes the image of torturing children to death. You the Ethical Focus Group can now do what Mr. Reynolds thought Mr. Toews and Mr. Harper would do to save the 80 Canadians now dead and no public outcry because the value of their lives has been degraded like the dead victims of any Nazi.

This is called whistleblowing.

Rarely will you see such a blatant scam. The original Canadian Coast Guard Whistleblower on this Scam was Colin ___, SARPO, Canadian Coast Guard, Victoria, B.C., August 1994. This man was shipped out by Transport Canada's Jon Churchill. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada Report Number M93W0008, following a BC death that Colin__, Search And Rescue Patrol Officer knew, still exists:

"2.8 Emergency and Safety Equipment: The side sponsons...were not inflated and installed ahead of time to assist the kayaker to reboard after a possible capsizing or to increase the stability of the kayaks. Consequently, when the kayakers entered an area of rough seas, they had to keep paddling to keep their kayaks upright. Each kayak was equipped with these floats. The secondary use of the sponsons, i.e. to increase the stability of the kayaks, was not foreseen before the kayaks encountered severe weather."

Just before the last election Mr. Reynolds contacted Mr. Toews about these murders, see below. Harper controls his members and the rights of all Canadians. Harper's government is a major question for ethics and Canadian rights. Not to mention more kids deliberately killed by this Harper power scam.

I can understand that the Liberals and NDP did not want to recognize this scandal last election; only the Conservatives were interested in this Canoe and Kayak Scam then.

The OPP and RCMP eventually decided to try "hardball" against me and my family (The record shows that I am the 8th Canadian since 1892 to be charged with the only Law on the books that permits the Police to lay criminal charges without any evidence. This law is a hangover from 1892, originally brought in to prevents duels.  It has always been thrown out by judges for this reason. "Libel 301" CCC.) The lies among OPP and RCMP officers to do this surprised me at the time. I have decided no longer to be quiet about OPP Fantino, RCMP Zaccardelli and the other dirty cops. Harper, Toews and Nicholson just before the last election, after the promise to correct these "Canoe and Kayak Murders" in Mr. Reynold's email, instead supported RCMP Zaccardelli to lay criminal charges against the Liberals just before the election. However, finally Mr. Toews' office has replied and Mr. Nicholson, now the Attorney General, Mr. Harper and Mr. Toews are now deciding what they will do about this horrible scandal, far more horrible than any scandal that any Canadian Prime Minister has faced in the history of Canada: The Murder of Canadian men, women and children by the Government of Canada and Canadian police.

This scandal is perhaps inevitable when a government with a weak opposition engages a "law and order" platform in the pursuit of political power. Here is the evidence of thousands of pages regarding the Harper government allowing 2 Canadian Police Forces to murder Canadian citizens. There is no other word than "murder"; since the OPP and RCMP cannot be merely guilty of Criminal Negligence Causing Death. Together with Transport Canada they have deliberately planned to leave at least 80 Canadians to die in the water: "huddling", "putting a PFD on in the water", or "paddling a flooded canoe to shore" like the 2 dead boys who screamed as they died in terror, Toronto, May 18, 2008. All of these ideas ensure that victims cannot rescue themselves from the water where they face certain death. Mr. Toews, Mr. Harper and now Mr. Nicholson have already read about 10 year old girls getting out of the water in 5 seconds with 50 cent Sponsons, made from re-cycled foam and an 8 foot cord. But OPP Fantino's marine police, the RCMP and Transport Canada recommend instead that Canadian children "huddle in the water" to die: "Hypothermia is your worst enemy...Even in July, a dunking in the waters of the Gulf of St. Lawrence can lead to total loss of manual dexterity within 5 minutes and death within 15 to 20." (Sea Kayaking Safety Guide, National Library of Canada ISBN 2-89101-179-1, 2003, p.55)"

Mr. Flaherty sent me a letter helpfully suggesting that Stockwell Day would address this Public Safety issue. (Mr. Flaherty kindly sent me a similar letter years ago when he was a Minister for Premier Harris, suggesting that I contact the RCMP, which I did.) I believe that most MPs and many MPPs are decent people like Mr. Reynolds, Mr. Flaherty, and all of you who have read about these Crimes Against Humanity (what else are they?)

All of you can understand the feelings of parents thinking of their dead children and their last moments, crying and wanting to see their family again. The horror of these repeated acts by Transport Canada, the OPP and RCMP is OVERWHELMING FOR MOST NORMAL PEOPLE. But here we have it. The School Boards of Canada and Transport Canada want these children to "put a PFD on in the water" and "Huddle in the water" etc. to die, instead of getting out in 5 seconds with 50 cent Sponsons made from re-cycled foam and an 8 foot cord.

The sheer ARROGANCE and extreme cruelty of these deliberate murders is overwhelming! And, as you know, the grieving families of the victims face degradation of their loved ones by the Police and Government of Canada:

"A "Super-race" of canoeists and kayakers is supposed to exist, far superior to the victims, but in fact the super-race cannot rescue themselves or anyone else from the water using a capsized flooded canoe, unlike the 10 year old girls. To become a member of the "super-race", much expensive instruction must be purchased by the public; although it cannot save the purchaser in the water, no matter how "expert", or thousands of dollars spent, or years of practice. It is impossible to degrade
these dead victims unless a "super-race" is fabricated, to whom the victims are "inferior". The super-race need not be an ethnic or racial entity, merely a group that is "superior" so the victims did not "measure up" and died due to their own failings. Until the level of degradation is significant, most people find it unpleasant and difficult to kill these otherwise completely innocent victims, of all ages and cultural groups. Also, society will not tolerate the killings until government propaganda has sufficiently degraded the victims so that their deaths, no matter how cruel and agonizing, no matter that they are the children of someone in Canada or the US, are accepted. The victims are to blame when they are sufficiently degraded."

Of course Canadian schools do not make students "Huddle in the water to Die", they just follow the despicable OPP Fantino and his 2 dirty cops, RCMP Zaccardelli and his dirty cops, and the dirty half dozen child murderers at Transport Canada (all supporting the fraudulent Paddle Canada organization.) Now that dirty RCMP Zaccardelli is gone, the best way to find the identity of the most culpable RCMP murderers is to ask RCMP Inspector Christian Tardiff, to whom I spoke in Oct. 2004, the same time as contacting Mr. Reynolds. MP. Inspector Tardiff is a courteous RCMP officer with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from McGill. He will tell you whose orders he was following, now about 80 canoe and kayak deaths ago. It does not take long to murder 80 Canadians using this method.

"Dirty" is about as bad as it gets for anyone who could tell a child or anyone else that they should "huddle in the water instead of getting out in 5 seconds with 50 cent Sponsons". Or any other Sponsons. But these are the facts. RCMP Inspector Tardiff, Mr. Reynolds MP, Mr. Toews, and Mr. Harper PM will all admit to these facts, 80 deaths ago! Thousands of pages of documentation. RCMP Inspector Tardiff told me in 2004 that I had "tied-up a large number of RCMP staff for many weeks, who had to read all of (my) emails" to them. (No doubt they learned a lot of basic physics, medicine, ethics, and world history besides.)

But as Members of Parliament you probably want to know about the enforcement of canoe and kayak safety laws in the UK. (Very strict.) You might want to read about MP Samuel Plimsoll who fought in Parliament to save British seamen from death in unseaworthy vessels that were deliberately over-insured and sank. But most pertinently, you will want to read about How "Huddling in the Water" is an effective murder process, with almost zero "scientific" underpinning, unless you count the few more minutes of agony for crying and dying children, fearing they will never see their families again, as "quality time."

You will probably want to know about this death process and that Transport Canada's program has much to remind us of Hitler's cold water experiments at Auschwitz: Still among the best scientific data on hypothermia in existence, thanks to the careful Nazi documentation, and the fact that they were able to take human bodies all the way down to fatal temperatures (see Transport Canada below) without the bother of an ethics committee looking over their shoulder. The cold water experiments were designed to find a solution for too many dead pilots in the English Channel during the Battle of Britain. Solution: Inflatable life raft to get them out of the water. No huddling for Nazis. Transport Canada knows:

As MPs you will also want to know about the 5,000 year old "double floats" (older than the pyramids). Kayaks are hunting craft at least 20,000 years old:
"In the United States, the US Military Special Forces Kayakers at the NATO Kayak Symposium in 1994 (read in this webpage), wanted to save human lives using Sponsons because Sponsons were obviously a significant improvement over 5,000 year old double floats that they rigged from waterproof bags in the 70's and 80's. ("In addition, during the late 70's and early 80's we employed a similar system with our commo boats. Waterproof bags were blown up and hand held to the sides of the kayak while...")  I enjoyed the company of these commandos because they were essentially decent people with great respect for human life. (The only other civilian invited was the famous Canadian author John Dowd who paddled the exact path of the WW2 Australian kayaking commandos, camping in the same sea caves, finding their rusted gear. They were all captured, tortured and executed by the Japanese after sinking ships in Singapore harbour.) The US Military Kayakers were very well educated and intelligent. They wanted to save civilian lives in canoes and kayaks too! Think of this: Canada and the United States have since then deliberately allowed the murders about 2000 innocent citizens, including hundreds of crying children, told to huddle in the water to die instead of getting out in 5 seconds with 50 cent sponsons made from re-cycled foam. (Think of them left to die crying in the water, knowing that they will not be saved and will never see Mom or Dad again.)

Only a few citizens know that their loved ones died an agonizing death to support a scam! Those who know are too devastated and ill-equipped to whistle-blow here. (How much energy would you have after your child was DEAD?) I am well-known to Transport Canada, OPP Fantino and RCMP Zaccardelli as the whistle-blower.

As MPs you may want to think about how the people in China would react to these murders by Transport Canada and Police Forces in Canada. Despite a repressive government, they strongly reacted to the schoolchildren buried in poorly-built schools in the recent earthquake. The next time Prime Minister Harper lets loose a diplomatic fart on China, I shall make sure that China has the emails to know that Prime Minister Harper has ordered Attorney General Toews to ignore these 80 horrendous canoe and kayak murders, even murdering 2 screaming Canadian schoolchildren as reported in all Toronto newspapers May 18, 2008 in Richmond Hill (Toronto) by Transport Canada, the OPP, the RCMP, and Paddle Canada. These boys were not trying to "huddle in the water" but were attempting to "paddle a flooded canoe" (impossible without sponsons) to shore, as taught by the Halton District School Board and others.

There is no excuse for Prime Minister Harper ordering Mr. Toews to ignore the 80 canoe and kayak deaths. This is a scandal so cruel and outrageous that Harper does not deserve to be Prime Minister. I would be pleased to help any Parliamentary Inquiry into these deaths. Sometimes I do phone the parents of dead children to find that they could not change the voice recording of their dead child on the answering machine. That is all 80 Canadian families have left, for which Mr. Harper is directly responsible. Canada deserves better than this!

Be warned of the usual "bait and switch" deceptions used by the "Canoe Experts" in Canada. My knowledge of these "experts" and of canoes and kayaks is extremely thorough. It is really very simple. People 5,000 years ago (see the pictures of the ivory grave models), died in canoes and kayaks. They made "double floats" out of sea mammals to save themselves, just like the very intelligent and lifesaving US Military Kayakers at Fort Devens, Massachusetts in the "70's and 80's" rigged double floats from waterproof bags; until my patented Sponsons became the obvious and very significant improvement by permiitting paddling or towing to safety. No huddling in the water for 5,000 years. These people were alive and successful getting out and staying out of the water, not stupid.

Prime Minister Harper, OPP Fantino, RCMP Zaccardelli, the Transport Canada minions, and Paddle Canada operatives are despicable child murderers. There are thousands of pages of evidence and several Justices of the Peace and a judge know it. Now Parliament knows it.

OPP Fantino and his friend: disgraced, resigned, RCMP Zaccardelli have led these police forces to murder (there is no other word to describe this, reading my correspondence with the perpetrators over the past many years.) Over 350 Canadians have died agonizing deaths, denied any means to escape the deadly waters in canoes and kayaks. Their front men, acting as police killers with Transport Canada collaborators, are OPP Sgt. Brad Schlorff and RCMP Guy Lecuyer, assisted by middle management OPP and RCMP inspectors and Transport Canada officials. Over 350 Canadians have been deliberately killed in canoes and kayaks (larger than Air India) since 1993; through deliberate actions within Transport Canada, the RCMP and the OPP. Although not nearly as huge as the The Nazi Gestapo and SS focused on specific targets to torture and murder (mainly helpless Jewish people); the OPP and RCMP have targeted any Canadian citizens and their children, who go out in a canoe or kayak. The OPP, RCMP, and Transport Canada have deliberately degraded the dead victims, like the Nazi Murderers so they can be blamed by Police in the media and in society for their own deaths:

In Fact, Alon Kulik and Daniel Montazernezam were murdered on  May 18, 2008 by one of the Canadian School Board Scams: "paddle a flooded canoe to shore". They righted the canoe, shown in pictures in the Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, and Toronto Sun. No-one in Canada can paddle a flooded canoe to shore; although the OPP, RCMP, Transport Canada and Paddle Canada use this "canoe rescue" in almost all Canadian school boards. This "rescue" has killed and degraded hundreds. Not nearly as large a Crime Against Humanity as Hitler's Plan; but a deliberate government plan, an OPP and RCMP murder scheme, nevertheless.

Dr. Stanley Milgram Of Yale University studied the Nazis at the Nuremberg Trials. As a social psychologist who had lost Jewish relatives to the Holocaust, he was surprised to see how "normal" these torturers were to their own families and friends (although they tortured anyone of Jewish heritage to death, even kids. Especially kids.) The famous Milgram experiments proved just how unsurprising this tendency of torture and murder of innocent citizens actually is, in normal life. The OPP, RCMP and Transport Canada have murdered with enthusiasm over 350 Canadian citizens, including many children. They seem to feel no remorse whatsoever, apparently contending that the victims were dead due to their own fault. In fact they were tricked in the largest Police and Government fraud in history, on behalf of Paddle Canada, a nearly bankrupt organization that cannot pay off its' debts by selling fraudulent instruction ($650 safety courses that provide no means to escape deadly waters.)

In contrast, Paddle Canada could sell millions of dollars of highly profitable, but inexpensive $65 CO2 sponsons; that get any 10 year old children out of the water in 5 seconds with no instruction, are guaranteed to work in wind and waves, permit little children to pick up large disabled adults, who only need to crawl over a submerged gunwale before being propelled to shore at a good clip by the 2 ten year olds. Simple, safe, very inexpensive, and very profitable for debt-ridden Paddle Canada that has killed 350 Canadians, costing, according to many economists, a loss to the GDP of Canada of more than  7 billion dollars; not to mention the grief of all of the families and survivors!

The OPP, RCMP, and Transport Canada have facilitated the Paddle Canada murder scheme at a cost to Canada of over 7 billion dollars, not to mention 350 murders facilitated by the OPP, RCMP, and Transport Canada!  This is the largest post Nuremberg case of Crimes Against Humanity in history, by Canada against Canadians. I have all of the names and criminal profiles of the major killers in this, the largest contemporary death scandal of any Western country.

The OPP has been just as negligent as the RCMP; although OPP Superintendent K.C. Smith had quite a good sense of humour, speaking with me regarding the failings of the police when I got him on the phone, years ago. Too Bad he did not take these lives seriously and he allowed OPP Sgt. Brad Schlorff to commit the OPP Marine Unit crimes. The OPP has grown to 144 boats in Ontario, on the dead bodies of over 350 Canadians like Alon Kulik and Daniel Montazernezam, May 18, 2008.
